Shipping and Delivery

JAIMADU accepts returns and exchanges if made within 14 days after purchase, provided the product is still in exact condition in which it was delivered. Product must be unworn, unwashed, has no damage  has no damage, no alterations, no rips, or stains.
Returns and exchanges may be accepted if the item has any production defects or is incorrect and is the fault of JAIMADU or the carrier (the shipping company).
Unfortunately, we can’t accept the return or exchange of any damaged items except as provided in the clause. We hope you understand.

The return or exchange shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. This is a flat fee with the preferred shipping company of the seller
A successfully returned item will be refunded once the product is received. You can expect the refund to reflect in your account within 3-7 business days.

All items marked as final sale including gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

JAIMADU sends domestic orders with FedEx, FedEx ground or UPS. All packages are insured, and as soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within the continental U.S.

Shipping carriers are experiencing higher than usual shipping delays especially since the pandemic, and this is globally affecting shipping timelines. Our team works extra hard to ensure a timely handover of every order to the carrier. Please note that due to high level of order, we may experience unavoidable delays. Unfortunately, once your package has been handed over to the carrier, any delays in transit that occur with the carrier is out of our control. There is only so much we can do in the chain of process to ensure your package gets delivered to you in a timely manner and believe us when we say we give it our best shot.

Please note that items may ship from multiple locations therefore, your order might arrive in multiple packages delivering at different dates and times. We will provide tracking information for each shipment so you can follow along with the deliveries.
